Regarding cancellations and changes to orders

 

Please note that we cannot accept changes to the contents (product changes, color, size changes, etc.) or cancellations after placing an order.Please check the contents before completing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

We cannot accept exchanges or returns for customer reasons, such as different sizes, different images, or ordering incorrectly. Please note that our shop's products are hygienic products that come into contact with the skin directly. However, if the product is defective or a product that is different from the one you ordered arrives, we will accept exchanges and returns. In principle, this will be exchanged for a good ordered item. We will refund the product price only if we do not have exchange stock.
