Information about gift wrapping services

-For customers purchasing gift boxes, the following shipping charges will be incurred separately. (tax included)
Kanto, Koshinetsu, Hokuriku, Chubu... 550 yen
Tohoku, Kansai...600 yen
China...750 yen
Hokkaido, Kyushu...900 yen
Okinawa...1,400 yen

・Gift box size (height 14.5cm, width 12cm, height 5.5cm)

-If you are using a gift wrapping service, please purchase this gift box (charged) of 400 yen along with the product you would like to have wrapped.

- Delivery notes and tags with price tags will not be included. (Not included when purchased normally)
All products are shown in the photos. Ribbons and shoppers are not included.

- Each gift box can hold 2-5 items. Quantity may vary depending on the contents of your order. If the quantity is large, it may not fit in the gift box.

-All products purchased will be wrapped. We do not provide individual services, such as excluding wrapping for some products.

- Gift boxes can be purchased individually or multiple times, but we cannot accept individual wrapping. If purchased individually, the item will be delivered as a gift box set. Also, since there will be one delivery address per order, if the delivery address is different or if you purchase multiple items, please purchase separately. We do not provide consolidation services such as consolidating delivery.

-Even if you have arrived or purchased a pre-ordered item, the item will be shipped as soon as the item arrives. (We do not ship the same order number separately) If the symbol "separate shipping" is used, please purchase the product separately. Please note that the arrival date may vary slightly.

-We cannot accept requests for date and time specifications, so after the product has been shipped, please set it yourself using the inquiry number on the Yamato Transport website.
